You are within walking distance (300 metres) from the business centre, pubs and restaurants, knowing your car is safely parked off the street (a hard to find luxury in peak season) and less than 10 minutes walk from the old harbour. This is where you can watch the whales frolicking at close range.  There are also several golf courses within close proximity.
